Thank you for subscribing to the Virtual Guardian App. We hope you find it useful and we at Virtual Guardian welcome any comments or feedback you may have to improve your all round experience.

To Subscribe you will need to be over 18 and be capable of entering into a contract or guarantee for a minimum of 12 months payable monthly. If you are under 18 years old, please seek permission from an adult to subscribe for you. A credit/debit card is required to pay for the monthly subscription.
System availability
As the App is a mobile (iOS and Google) and desktop solution, we cannot always guarantee availability of the service. An internet connection or phone reception is required to use all the features and for the content. In addition, occasional maintenance of the system will take place, but downtime will be limited to minimise disruption.


To use the App, you will need a compatible smartphone or tablet device and cover any related costs (e.g. internet connection, date usage).

If you change your mind about purchasing Virtual Guardian you may cancel your subscription at any time, however minimum contract is 12 months. At the first non-payment date the application features will be suspended, and the information stored on the App will become read only. All information will be deleted from our system after 6 months unless the subscription is renewed.

Confidentiality and Data

Your privacy is very important to us and we take data protection very seriously. Your data is owned by you and you can decide who you want to share access with.

All information entered onto the Virtual Guardian website will remain confidential and be used by Virtual Guardian solely for support and administrative purposes within the terms of the General Data Protection Regulation 2018. We will never supply or grant access to third parties. The user retains responsibility for ensuring that their personal details are accurate and up to date.
Like many software applications, Virtual Guardian works by making use of the data stored on your smart phone/device. We therefore recommend that to protect your data you use a code or password on your smart phone/device. If you lose your phone or smart device, you can access your content using a desktop computer through the Virtual Guardian website or by using an alternative device. If at any point you would like all your data to be deleted, you can contact Virtual Guardian and instruct them to do so.


Virtual Guardian is designed to help you manage and achieve your goals, and to promote self-independence. The App is a support aid and can be used independently or to complement other services.

Assessed hours and needs should continue to be covered by the most appropriate form of provision available and Virtual Guardian cannot provide a response service. It is not a substitute for making your own decisions. We do not offer advice and cannot be responsible for anything you decide to do (or not do) as a result of using Virtual Guardian.

The app can be used to store and provide basic analytics that may be useful to support progression, however, additional supporting paperwork and forms may still be required in accordance with your provider/ legal requirements.
